It has been a whirlwind of a summer for Madeline as she has had the opportunity to meet all her great- grandparents and two of her great aunts. Joe's grandparents came down from IL for a visit to Augusta. Then his other grandmother was able to come (also from IL) for Madeline's baptism. I went to Birmingham for a week and she met my grandparents. Nana came down from Little Rock and Aunt Meg drove up from Fairhope. When we returned home, my Aunt Susanne flew down from Little Rock and spent two days with us. It has been such a blessing for our children to spend time with each of their great- grandparents as well as aunts, grandparents, and cousins this summer.
