We had the best afternoon with the family at First Pres. Mary put on a wonderful Easter Celebration that we enjoyed thoroughly. The kids got to "paint" their own Easter cookie and then eat it, run with an "egg" on a spoon, hunt for Easter eggs, listen to the Easter story...
color and decorate their own flower pot, plant a flower and eat a yummy meal (Madeline had a grand time "sneaking" candy off the tables)! We were so blessed to be a part of this special day. It was so good for me to be outside and enjoy the kids. It brought everything back into perspective for me. The last couple of months have been so hard. I am finally feeling better and the Lord has been super gracious.
