We have been able to get Madeline to laugh several times! We love to hear this precious sound come from her. Noah got this cool rocket from "Aunt" Donna for his birthday. For some reason, she thought it was pretty cool too! Enjoy!
SO precious!! Laughter from a little one can cure almost anything!! And I love it that Joe has on his dive shirt--Matt still sports his too!! Talk to you soon!!
That is adorable!!! Sweet girl. Hearing Maggie laugh is still one of my favorite things. I'm trying to upload a video right now and it's taking forever. Hopefully I'll get it to work.
I was there when she laughed and this still made me laugh out loud. Maddie's laugh is TOO CUTE. I can't believe 5 months have passed since her arrival.

Susie!! So glad to see your blog. This is Laura Buchanan Owen!!! I love your family and reading what all you have been up to. I live in Hattiesburg now. In fact, Laura Payne and Rachel Gamblin live here to, Rachel just moved here. So we are always getting together for lunch and keeping each other updated on JA folks! Can't wait to tell them that I found your blog. Check out mine...great to see you are doing so great!
The Lord took me overseas after college where I happened to meet my future husband! Joe and I were married in May 2003. A little over two years later we welcomed our first child, Noah. 20 months later, Madeline arrived...21 months after that Sadie made us a family of five!
Sadie was dianosed with Epilepsy in September 2011. For the past 18 months we have searched for the answer that is causing her significant developmental delays. We were told in September 2012 that she has a rare form of epilepsy called Atypical Rolandic Epilepsy that has been untreatable with medicine. We have found ourselves in the role of special needs parents to our precious baby girl. We were unprepared for this road. It has been a hard one, but one that we feel God has given us. On the good days, it feels like a privilege. On the bad days, we choose by faith to believe that the Lord is good and in control.
