Today was a special day for our family as Madeline Kate was baptized. We are certainly blessed by God to have two wonderful children, and today we were reminded of His grace to us. As we entertained Noah with his little toy cars, we stood in front of the church as proud parents seeing Madeline enter into the visible Kingdom of God by this sign and seal. It is wonderful to be a part of a church that we feel like the covenant family is truly experienced and we know our children are loved. We trust that as God has mercifully called us to Himself, He has also entrusted these children to us and we anticipate the plans that He has for them. We pray that as His covenant children are raised in His church, God would use His word and work of His Spirit to open Noah and Madeline's hearts to Christ. May they know the love He has for them and experience life in Christ at a young age.

The ceremony was so sweet. Noah was a great big brother and Madeline was so alert and quiet during the baptism. She looked beautiful in the family gown. I'm so glad I was able to be there to see it.
You guys make a pretty family! We had Kep baptisted in the presbyterian church under Gods covenant. I know everything was beautiful. I just got to read your post about your dad. I hate that was so hard for you but know you know you have a dad in heaven that you will see again someday. You have such beautiful words. Love you and am praying for you. Just give Noah a little more time and I'm sure he will start to understand the whole "big brother" thing. Mary Mac is just now learning that she can make Anna laugh by silly dancing and jumping around - it is pretty humorous to watch it as a parent!
