We have had a busy, but fun week. On Wednesday, Madeline took her first steps! It was very exciting. Joe really wants her to start walking so she can keep up with her big brother. Mama doesn't know what she wants! Way to go Madeline!
Hey Sus, I cannot believe how big they are both getting! I love the videos!! We are on the countdown for baby--just waiting! Wish I could see you--Miss you!
Hey Sus- I've tried emailing you a couple times to do the book thing, but my emails keep getting sent back (which is why i'm posting this on your blog.hehe) anyways, email and let me know what i can do to help out. thanks!! Deb
way to go madeline! that is too sweet! (I love that stage!) and girl you gotta let me know what consignment sale this is, so I can plan a macon trip around it! sounds great! I have been missing out for sure!
I am so jealous! Just kidding - I want Anna to stay a baby as long as possible. She has absolutely no interest in walking yet! She would rather me carry her around! She's a little on the lazy side, but we love her anyway! Ha! I can't believe that it's already been a year since she was born! Miss you guys - see you soon!
just out of curiosity - where did you get your blog profile? I'm trying to find one, but don't like anything I've seen, but love how yours is custom and includes your names. Thanks girl! Love ya!
susie-- hey! i just found your blog on rachel's blog. fun to see your family and how it has grown! i've really enjoyed getting to know rachel and she told me about y'all's fun sewing weekend. your kids are beautiful!
The Lord took me overseas after college where I happened to meet my future husband! Joe and I were married in May 2003. A little over two years later we welcomed our first child, Noah. 20 months later, Madeline arrived...21 months after that Sadie made us a family of five!
Sadie was dianosed with Epilepsy in September 2011. For the past 18 months we have searched for the answer that is causing her significant developmental delays. We were told in September 2012 that she has a rare form of epilepsy called Atypical Rolandic Epilepsy that has been untreatable with medicine. We have found ourselves in the role of special needs parents to our precious baby girl. We were unprepared for this road. It has been a hard one, but one that we feel God has given us. On the good days, it feels like a privilege. On the bad days, we choose by faith to believe that the Lord is good and in control.

Susie, I can't wait to see her in person take those precious steps. I'm counting down the days. It won't be long.
So cute! She will probably walk before EK!
