Ellie Kate and Madeline- the beginning of a sweet friendship!
Madeline and Ellie Kate Norris (3 months)

Kepler (1 year old) and Noah (21 months)This past weekend we got the chance to go to the Sprayberry's lake home in Alabama. It has recently been renovated and it was so great to be there. For the past 1o years I have been going to this lake with my best friend from college, Kelly. I was reminiscing to Joe on the way there about all our memories we have made there. There was a time during college where I stopped going home for family reasons and I would go with Kelly and the Sprayberry's to the lake most weekends. Their family has been so gracious to me and accepted me as one of them! It is neat to think that at this lake house, we have grown and changed so much. We went from longing for husbands, to getting married, to longing for children, to having children... The lake house has seen it all! And now it is officially broken in with all the kids that were there this weekend! 7 kids in less than two years with another little Livley on the way! Thankfully, some things remained the same, lots of joking and laughing, "lake potaotes", brownies and cookies, and a friendly game of Settlers! All of it was just good for my soul! Thanks to Kelly and Ryan for hosting us and to Spray and Carol for always opening their homes to me! I love you all!

Sus, good to hear from you on my blog. You are looking fabulous and don't look like you have any baby weight to lose. Your pics are so fun. I think it's awesome you guys all braved taking your kids for a weekend trip together. Looks like you had fun! Keep the pics coming. Madeline is beautiful.
