Teddy Bear Parade

Madeline is in the Busy Bear 2k class two mornings a week. She was slow to warm up the teachers said, but after 2 weeks she loved it. She had her first "performance" on Wednesday. It was the Teddy Bear Picnic, complete with a parade and songs! We helped make their "wagons" at home and she decorated it with stickers and dot art. Then we sent her pink bear to school on Wednesday to "ride" in the parade. When the parade started, all the children filed out of their room in single file, pulling their waggons behind them! It was precious. The other classes got to come out to watch them go by! Afterwards we went into their classroom where they sang us three songs and said their blessing and we went out to a picnic! It was a very sweet time with my busy bear!
