Madeline tore into her birthday cake. She was seriously loving every bite. She barely cracked a smile because she was so focused! That's my girl! Noah blew out her candle while we were still singing! He had been practicing his birthday song for her all week. I guess he got ahead of himself. My heart was so full of joy as I watched Madeline dive into her cake. This day came upon us fast. Faster than Noah's first year. Savor the moment...and the cake!
