A Weekend Away

Joe and I got to get away without the kids this past weekend!!! It was a much needed break from the chaos! We have been blessed to be surrounded with great neighbors. One couple invited us and two other families for a weekend in Fripp Island. It was amazing! The owner is my neighbors friend so we were able to stay for free! Made it even better!

There were at least 4 po-peds to ride, along with golf carts, bikes and a jeep! This must be how the other half live!

My cute neighbors, Nikki, Kelly, and Tracy. We love living around people our age whose kids are similar in age to ours. On weekend nights (or any other for that matter!), we'll find ourselves all out in the yard talking, kids are up and down the street playing with each other. It is what we had hoped for in a neighborhood and neighbors. We truly feel blessed that the Lord provided this home for us.
